Using everything we understand about evolutionary mechanisms to grow plants for the world as it is and is becoming — not the one breeding programs were built on. Equipment is in place, and test runs are underway.

Current Near-Term Projects:

• C4/CAM, drought-tolerant — for arid and semi-arid expansion
• Halophytes, salinity-tolerant — for salinized soils from irrigation and coastlines seeing saltwater intrusion
• Perennial, long-living — for soil stability and long-term land productivity
• Bioreactor-cultured, protein-dense — for expanding the food supply, not replacing what's already part of it

• Terrestrial speciation, extinction-resilient — for driving biodiversity forward against ongoing ecological collapse
• Extraterrestrial adaptation, regolith- and atmosphere-tolerant — for future long-term off-world exploration and habitation

Using what we understand about legitimacy, scale, and accountability to build authority that grows the way it should — expanding access to power exactly as fast as an organization outgrows any one person's ability to hold it responsibly. The framework is running now, beginning at the founder stage.

• Founder to Council, capacity-bounded — for authority that starts concentrated and expands only as scale requires it
  
• Liquid democracy, proxy with override — for a voice in every decision without requiring full-time engagement in any of them
  
• Three-branch separation, embedded oversight — for checks that can't be starved out by the branch they check
  

Current Long-Term Mechanisms:

• Corporation to stewardship, vote-overridable — for authority that ultimately answers to the people it governs, not just the people who hold it
  
• Voluntary and exit-legitimated, symbiotic by design — for a system proven at scale without ever requiring force or coercion to keep it running
  

A fusion confinement approach modeled on how stars actually stabilize their own plasma — using magnetic fields to impose the shear structure convection and gravity create naturally. Compute infrastructure and core subsystems are in development now.
